And, you will rehearse by hearing the actual music for your ceremony.

The wedding participants will know the music indicators and cues to move them to action for the actual wedding ceremony. You will truly be rehearsing your ceremony. You don't have to pretend the music is playing and wondering if you are walking too fast or too slow, or if there is enough music for the entire wedding parties processional, or if it's the right music.

San Diego Weddings and Receptions are not cookie cutter events. We tailor all of the entertainment services, music, lighting, Compere, MC, and our degree of visibility to the wishes of our clients. Of course, we come to your reception with personality. However, we are not clowns or game-show host. We prefer to be professional, but fun. We'll interact with your guests, but only to the degree you desire.

We will act as your coordinator and Compere / MC, assisting with announcements, introductions, and a source of information for your guests. We enter into every event with a written itinerary which was mapped out ahead of time with the bride and groom as to what traditional events will occur and when during the reception. Often the bride and groom map out their itinerary with the caterer, coordinator, or even the photographer. Most often it is critical for the MC/entertainer to manage the timeline and coordination to ensure your guests and the other vendors are notified in advance of each special event taking place to ensure nobody misses a special moment. Regardless, our goal is to make sure you are not working at your own wedding and that we are coordinating behind the scenes with your other vendors to ensure a successful wedding and reception.
